The box on the header titled “Rent” will take you to the rent page. Once you’ve entered the password, click on the “Pay Rent” button, and enter the prompted information. You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know the payment has been received.

A repair request can be submitted through the “Request” tab, where a table can be filled out regarding the current issue.
